Product Designer, 2022—2024. As part of Netflix's Core Foundations team, I worked on design systems for user messaging and feedback. I also designed internal tools to drive innovation in how the business tracks and leverages proprietary information.

Joining Netflix was an opportunity to flex my creative muscles in developing cutting-edge internal software for a company with a $263 billion market cap and 269 million subscribers.
Started on internal business tooling. Led design as the first multi-team Core Foundations team member responsible for user messaging. Led design on numerous innovative tools to help Netflix optimize around intellectual property.
Learned Netflix's cultural and design values do not align with my own. The level of craft and care of products at the company did not meet my expectations before joining the company, and as a result I left after two years.
